Someone educate me about fish spawning
With some of the talk about the closeure for a known cod spawing area,
I got to thinking that I know little to nothing about fish spawning
but I would like to learn and understand the process!!!
My guess is that the female lays the eggs on the bottom and somewhat burries them on the bottom, then the male comes allong to fertalize the eggs??? and eventually the eggs hatch as baby cod!
