Larry I have found in the past that the word has to be atleast 4 letters, not sure if that is still the case though.

The search and quick links work with firefox but not internet explorer or AOL explorer, havent tried Opera or Netscape navigator.

Java settings.
I've found all problems seem to comeback to that.Gotta have the plug-ins and/or settings correct for each browser.
