VSB150: bailed Van Staal

The bailed Van Staals have arrived. A little late but still in time for Christmas. VSB150's only, all colors. Hopefully we'll have them on the web in the next few days.

How does this reel spool and handle braid as compared to a shimano or daiwa?

Have they changed the way the reel lays line on or does it still end up in an hourglass shape?

Thanks

I can't remember. It never tangled while I was using it and I put a lot of hours on it, but the same could be said for the bailess VS. I'll try and remember to take a look today.

I guess it still does the hourglass thing. I never really pay attention, as long as it doesn't tangle I don't really care how it's stacked.
