Rain in gansett heavy snow in Kingston. so much for the change to rain then back to snow.
doesnt seem as windy (yet) as forecasted, even right on ocean rd in gansett

no.....but i tried it once though..
got ahold of a free sample....
i think its a very bad drug...
no joke ->you can go blind with it.
i take enough vitamins instead:
like ZINC and horney goat weed
niacinamide ,Norwegian kelp,Chlorella
Spirulina,Ginko Biloba, korean Ginseng
and Jungle MD multi , Vitamin E
and brewers yeast
to name a few. B-O-I-N-G !
