Mack Trollers

A pair of trolling plugs. These are actually my first turned wood about a year ago. I made the mistake of forgetting about them in the sealer for 24 plus hours. The wood is 30 year old sugar pine so they sucked up the sealer and it took a good 6 months for them to finally dry. I had to fabricate the lips. I used the Gibbs trolling plug as my shape. I just went bigger. Still need to wire them up. Any recommendations on the hook size. Another problem I am encountering is I need longer swivels because of the larger dia. of the plug. Thanks . Paul
