tagged fish

Curious how many people have caught fish that have been tagged???
I have six or seven in eight years...but the kicker is that I have three in the last week or so!!!!!

a fifty before I go!!!!!!

Caught one several years ago in Cranston, saw one caught the other day had a yellow litoral society tag in it.

I got one last week from littoral society higjhlands nj. It was yellow. small schoolie had it attached.

Have caught about 5 or 6 of them. A couple USFWS tags and the rest ALS tags.

You can cal the number on the tag and report the number that is on the tag that identifies that fish - or you can mail the tag to them. You will receive a hat and/or a patch depending on who the tag is from. Can't be 100% sure - but I think they give you the info on where the fish was originally tagged and when.
