'02 Season Virgin No-more!

It finally happened....after a handfull of unsuccessful outings to may favorite spots, at last i put up the first bass of the season in Rockport.

The water may be colder up this way but the schoolies were making their rounds this morning. Bomber Long A's were working well as were Yozuri Crystal Minnows.

No fatties but all fish were with in 18"-22"

I know...just schoolies, but Ive been patiently waiting for the season to begin here for waaaaayyyyy too long. All you guys down South are making me jealous!!!

I'll be catching up soon though......... >(((()))>

If there are schoolies in Rockport then i'm definately going to try some surf casting and bait fishing this weekend in the Revere, Saugus, Winthrop shoreline area. Finally get a chance to break in the new plugs I bought at the MBSA show a while back that have been gathering dust since.
