Unfortunately, I don't think it is on now. Watching WGBH right now and there is George Mitchell on their talking about the Israel/Lebanese conflict. Check the Rhode Island PBS station and the incredibly annoying Robin Williams is on a show about communicating with dolphins. Will look for the program you listed though.
Yes, It has been known for a long time, no one does anything about it, They pretty much have an employee on every board in the state just to make sure there ageda passes, it is sad to think this still happens but it does.
