NOT FISH PICS

Anyone get to the nantucket air show this weekend.

Them blue angels are pretty amazing....VAROOM!

Thunderbirds are louder but these birds can move!

Its like winning the lottery getting this shot... they could do that a million times and every time i wince

this is just cool with the three russian yaks in the sky

a few of the others

all in all it was a great day! its is amazing that people live these sounds and sights everyday in real life scenarios.

for keeping us free.

I highly reccomend getting your butt to a show if you have never experienced one.

Complete album fo the show here

Cool - like the Blue Angles....

Remember the Video Game thread? I posted that screenshot from a "virtual dogfight"? Well , here is the "Virtual Blue Angles", using the same game, LO-MAC. So if you like the airshows that much, further P.O. your bride and get into online flight simulations

Yeh - though the game they use in the video has mods and these guys are not exactly sim rookies. I'm sure their machines are high end X2 SLI rigs too

Took a Blue Angel pilot striper fishing a few years back. He kept backlashing his conventional. I gave him a hard time telling him he could fly upside down but couldn't cast straight. Great guy - met quite a few military pilots over the years - I'm always in awe of what they do.
