Block Island - charter for bass
A buddy of mine is heading to Block Island for a family vacation. He'd like to go out on a 4hr charter for bass. I think it will be with a few family members, anyone now of any good chsrters that go out of Block?

He could charter someone (like me) on the mainland that will pick him up on Block. There are some charter boats on Block, you can have him call Block Island Fishworks or Twin Maples for names and numbers. Tom on the Hula Girl fishes out of Block during the summer.

Jack is one of the old guard from Murats. he was hanging 40 pound fish during the moritorium in 89 and 90 when most guys couldn't find a schoolie.
Linton is one of the best!

40's? More like lots of 40's and a few over the magic # up to 54 lbs on needlefish.

Thanks for the info.
My buddy booked with Mike Neto, he is pretty excited and will have some people on board who have never seen good size fish. I hope the weather is good and they get into fish!
