Found a surf bag at the lighthouse lot, early a.m. Monday.

This bag is chock full of plugs! It may have been in the water for some time (contents are jumbled and some hooks very rusty). We really want to get it back to the rightful owner. Also posted on SNESA. Any advice on helping to find the owner?
