At least as much as I did in July, which is one night.
Seriously, the guys that are bitching about there not being any fish around from the surf need to pick it up a little. I got out only one night in July and found a decent amount of fish from the surf in one of the regular places I fish. It was not a top secret, low access place by any means, either. My partner did very well all through July with many 20-30# fish from shore. I am anticipating my one night, maybe two, in August will be productive.

My season ends in Nov.. That leaves dec, jan, feb, mar to sit on my a$$. I will make 15 trips or so to the surf. Some of my best fishing came in August last year. Spend alot of time in the boat in August as well.

Alot. I've taken the last 4 nights off and I may go away for the weekend with my girlfriend. I also needed a break from putting all that $$$$$$ into my gas tank. Kind of a mid season break and then it's back to it 3-4 nights a week. Early August has always been slow for me but all the fish I have caught have been of decent size. Fishing on the North Shore can really heat up in late August.

A lot more since the Back Beaches are reopening.

yep

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

ALOT. But thats only because I was told to take my vacation in August or don't take it at all. Since I live overseas and get to come home once a year, bam, August it is. Gear up and get going.
