this weekend offshore
I took the old man for his first tuna trip of the year and we put some fish on the deck. 8 or 9 today and just a good time to share with my father. He'll sleep well tonight.

Nice fish KR. We had 1 around 80 lbs that broke off at the boat. Fish went underneath and chafed the line. Somewhere out there is a fish with a daisy chain and bird hanging out of it's mouth. Hopefully get another shot next weekend.

Nice, looks great! Saw LOTS of action this am (including some HUGE giants) but couldn't get hooked up with any. Still learning and new to it, but I can only imagine the day when I land my first...
Where did you catch those (I know people don't like to reveal there spots, but a region?)

Oh no Matt. What did you buy? Did you finally buy a boat big enough for your tuna to fit in? Do tell.

The new boat is in the works. Looked at the one I was discussing with you earlier this year. It might be here by October.
