Closeset ramp to the NWC, which of these 3?

Which ramp will give me the shortest run to the NWC of Stellwagen?

1. Dunfudgin, Gloucester, 45 miles from my house.

2. Winter Island, Salem. 35 miles from my house.

3. Shraffts Ramp, Charlestown, 25 miles from my house.

According to my interpretation of the charts, Winter Island looks like the closest port. Nice place also, nice ramp, and a short run to open water. Good luck.

the ramp at schraffs is WAYyyy inside boston harbor. about an hour thru the no wake zone and NWC is still 18 miles from the last island.
