3 alarm chili
I went to a driver appreciation day Today and had some home made chili OMG I can take some HEAT but, I don't want to wake up 2morrow morning, I can feel my intestines convulsing all is good, I deserve it ,even though I may survive my butt is quivering with anticipition of Link Saint Helens eurupting in the AM
I guess all things pass (no pun intended) BUTT

If I can make it to this years TFCTFN I'll be a bringin' some.

Actually I can't call it MY chili its my girl's chili recipe,I just convinced her to add few more "ingredients".

super bug
with that super bug circulating thru our nations schools
and all the teachers, moms and kids being carriers it's good
to ingest spices to boost your imune system ....

peppermint or spearmint tea will clear the gastritus
that makes your inards seem like an over active python.
