I'm so ashamed ..
I did Yoga today ... all stretching and balance exercises and I liked it ..No impact ,,. 1 st timer ... we'll see how I feel tomorrow ..

I bought my wife yoga classes for x-mas. It is great exercise. Never did it, but I have been giving it some serious thought.

No tights ... don't want to draw attention to myself until I get better .. I went with the wife .. Ya see, I'm secure enough in my sexuality to do something like this, unlike some people .. Not mentioning any names but lets just say Karl F. ,, I notice at the begining of each year I have no surf legs . Also usaully take a good rock digger in the spring .. If I want to keep doing the things I love it was time to do something .. Hi Karl ...  |

cats and dogs
do their yoga each time they wake up ......and throughout the day
to remain limber....
the burn you feel (from or during stretching)
has to be thought of as pleasurable...
also ....don't expect to feel brand new over night ...
give it time.... right now you have plenty to spare.

nuttin' to be ashamed about.
try the hot yoga. the one where you're in a room heated to 120 degrees. dripping sweat. with a bunch of hotties in the room.

My wife tried it at a place over here in Stoughton. Was a hot room though and she couldn't take it with her hot flashes.
Is the place you went a hot room??
