winter pic thread
Lets kick things up a little. Spring is only a couple months away. New, old, whatever. Doesn't have to be fishing either. Lets see what else people do besides fish...
National Golf Links in Southampton, NY. That's me on the right readying to unleash a 300 YD BOMB!
On the left is our club president on the "punchbowl" 17th green. Its one of the most famous holes in golf.

Nice position at the top.
I have actually played that course. It was 1993 and I dated a cutie from the Hamptons who got me on. If I remember correctly the "second cut" was waist high in some spots. Looked like a wheatfield.

Couple more...the secret trout pond during construction and after. #^^^^^^^^^^^& has seen the pirahnas that now reside here...
We stock it with about 150 trout each spring and its a blast. Flyrodding only. Also transplanted some largemouths, pond shiners, bluegills and pickerel.
All the leftover eels get dumped here too. Its about 12' deep so we have some large holdover trout that are good for taking some drag.
