Long Island Sound Strippers and Blues
I'm newbie to the board but I just wanted to share this with board. We had to throw back 4 strippers n 3 blues. The bite was on for about 3 1/2 hours. I had 3 friends on the boat that had never caught fish before. Their arms where hurtin and they had a blast. So did I. Gonna go out in the morning and take shot at them again.

All the fish in that picture legal 32" 15lb bass, 10lb 11lb 13lb blue, 30" 12lb bass, 2 28" 10lb bass. All 4 of us went home with 2 fillets and the blue fish went to the grinder for shark chum. I love to let them go. I'm sure everybody feels good when they watch them swim away after youve caught them. That night we let go 2 20lb bass 2 probably 14-16lb bass and 3 small sewer trout (blue fish) as we call them on the sound. Hopefully catch some more in the morning.

no need to explain pocket. I'm new to this board. Do folks frequently challenge the length of fish provided in photographs or is it all in fun?

oooops...sorry......I THOUGHT everyone had caught the joke regarding the typo (which is common and anyone who does that gets busted on a bit...)
...and still thinking everyone got it....the "legal" question was indeed about the STRIPPERS....not STRIPERS ......sick joke on my part...thirty lashes with a wet noodle and I hope no body is too fired up about it........ sorry......

Now I'm gonna spell it like that everytime. Got tossed in 4 footers today and got skunked. I couldn't make it to my spots. Started venturing new areas and did not fare to well. At least I caught a buzz. Thanks for the welcome all. Hopefully next weekend I will bring home a cow.
