The other day a guy's plug snapped off and sailed out some distance. Three casts later I had retrieved his plug for him. Another time I retrieved a guy's keys from a channel and another time a guy's fishing rod/reel combo. Probably couldn't have done it if it were my own that I had lost.
What's your hook-up ratio been like?
Got one and missed one tonight, guess my braid did need to be replaced. Nice to have a tight line again, should have bought more bigfish pencils though.
Ive only lost one in a breachway. Tide was cranking out and my AH pencil went cruisin towards block island somehting quick. If i had another rod handy i could have caught it but i had to rerig.
