Awesome Day off
Me and a buddy played hooky yesterday and guess what we did.
I had so much bait around my boat is insane. I loaded up my bait tank in 5 minutes. We went to a few spots and caught fish in each one. My buddy hauled in his first fatty for the year, I think that fish was around 25 lbs. We caught and released several more fish I think the total for the day was 7 or 8.
Near the end of the day I set out a large bait and I was messing with the electronics then ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. I grabbed the rig, thumbed the spool and burned my thumb. A few minutes later this slob was boated. My grip/weigh thing read 30+ lbs. She (or he) was released to get even bigger. We went home happy.
Back in work to day, but I have tomorrow off too. Wonder what I will do..!!!!!!!

Now that's some good use of time. It must have been nice out there mid week, perfect weather and cooperative fish. Man I need a vacation bad!
