Back in tha Saddle........

what a nice nite,,,,,,,,,,,
still slacking on the roll with glass-like seas

i was 3 casts away from leaving to hit another udl, when
at 0420 something i felt the take of a nearly Skinner-rigged eel.

decent fish, but more importantly, i relaxed........
let her do her take, then tightened the slack and
rolled the 7/0 gami into her maw. fish awwwn!!

only, afterwards the front hook was no longer joined to the rear hook.
i am damned lucky she was hooked to the front hook. am going to p-up a soderring gun and sum copper, TODAY!! that's the only step i left out. prolly need to use a different knot with the Dacron as well

still two more nights of this beautiful New darkness,
