He was one of a kind. A fighter to the very end.
At least the pain is gone.
Goodbye Gary.

Condolences to his family. As was the case with my father, the greatest gift is that they are no longer suffering.

Prayers, solace, and legacy
My prayers continue to go out to Gary's family and friends. Solace can be found in knowing that Gary is in God's loving hands. His legacies are the friends he made and helped while with us, his art in his plugs he made for us, and most importantly his reminder to us that he himself posted a while back to get your PSA screening done.
All you (and this includes myself) AARP qualifiers (age 50 and above) do not let Gary's advice go unheeded, get your PSA screening DONE!!!! While you are at it, get a colonoscopy too. The sooner the better. for you, your friends, and your family.
