I just wanted to point out that rates are dropping and we may see 5% or lower this week or next. If you can save at least .75% you should be calling your mortgage broker. PM me if you have any questions about this.

I 've been watching very closely.A 5.375 adjustable with 3yrs before adjustment.Come-on 5%
