I open up all the windows and crank the fans.. so its about the same temp.. but what sucks is you cant cool down.

But it's a dry heat. Used to take a wander out into the reheat furnace shed in this weather when working steel. Nothing like a open furnace door with the insides at about 1200 degrees on a chilly morning!

so true.. in the summer when its humid, i cant cool down becase my sweat wont evaporate- My furnace is usually set to hold at 2100 degrees.. 24/7.. I only shut it off if I have to work on it or I dont have work..
