I'M selling 2 Fin-Nor Ahabs one is a 16A Bail less spinning reel & other is a 12 A with bail both reels have there original box's and paper work that came with them.
I have serviced them every year,washed them after evey use there is absolutely no pitting,oxidation,dents,holes or rust inside or out.(I can take internal photos if you request).
The 16A has allot more use on it so there is normal wear & surface scratches this real is in prefect working order the gears are cold milled Stainless Steel & offers SS bearings (4 bearings in all) that are sealed, the drag is sealed & oversized that is smooth as silk with no slipping the reel also has instant anti-reverse with a on/off switch.
The spool holds 250 yards of 65# Power pro.Which would be great for boating BFT(PP has one season's use).
Gear ratio is 4.6:1
This reel is in perfect working order.
12A looks almost brand new & feels like it,it offers the same as the 16A but smaller same gearing & quality spool holds 200 yards of 65# Power pro.Alot less use so it look's brand spankin new.(just spooled never used)
The 16A is selling for $170. or reasonable B.O.
The 12A is selling for $170. or reasonable B.O.
I might be selling a 9' one piece St.Croix 90MHAvid Surf Series (the 12A was on) same use as the reel,not enough use.
St.Croix alone $180.
Combo $300.

I'm the only one posting on this thread so I'll add one more thing for the last time.
The 16A is in great shape & appearence,it's over all looks is 7-8 oughta 10,mechaniclly 10 out of 10 I wouldn't sell this If I wasn't confident with it's proformance and it's almost 50% off!
Yeah it's got few years on it but it's in better shape & less expensive than what I've on the site & other boards.
