Let's hear if for Feat
Since I listened to about 90 tracks of Little Feat this week back and forth to work, I thought I would start a thread. Lowell George was an incredible talent and the rest of the band kept right up. Very unique style probably limited their acceptance to a narrower following. Waiting for Columbus did OK and broadeded the audience, but way late in their "life". Can't name one track I don't like completely when they still had Lowell. Top flight personal favs for sure!

When I got my first tape player, The Last Record Album was one of the first tapes my dad made for me. I will always give my dad a lot of the credit for showing me the way with music choices. Still listen to these guys all the time, great voice, and such creative music. And now I know that the hand drum guy wears AWESOME pants.

Looks like the finest of plug builders are all Feat fans! Good to see, good to see. Overall, a very limited response though. I am pretty convinced Feat is the most underappreciated/under rated bands out there when you balance mass appeal against talent. That's my story and I am sticking to it.
