That's the first negative thing I ever heard someone say about CMS. Seriously. Didn't even know they did reel repair.

Surfland B&T has a good rep for reel repair.

I've had mostly positive experiences with Bucko's in Fall River.

Ditto the CMS comment, Luds. I really like those guys.

Luds they had my reels for like 6 months? Sent it back with a bent main shaft so the spool wobbled and rubbed. I bought and replaced same from Penn parts myself. Also previously had 2 rods for 8 months for minor repairs. Got tired of playing this game and they don't sell my stuff anymore because of it either.

Hence why I'm asking who else can I send this stuff to for good service. I don't have time to work on the stuff myself anymore. For the record I bought at least 8 reels and 2 custom rods from them too.
