Definitely a pain in the butt. Maybe a few people should be transferred there from the Lt. Gov. offfice and elsewhere to alleviate the backup. Citizens just aren'treated right at the Registry.

Six hour waits with 50 people or so milling about at all times, and nobody has opened a coffee shop next door.

Now imagine your local emergency rooms with 30 million new insured all being serviced by the federal governments enormous beaurocratic blanket (imagine your local DMV x 1,000,000)

You should complain about the dealer action at the window, making you wait. Mass. RMV make dealers register one car then get back in line. But they used to do exactly what happened to you yesterday until enough people complained.

That's must be tough for dealers who move a lot of cars. I guess they need full time employees to sit at the registry - not exactly a friendly business environment here in NE.
