How is the flounder bite?

I got one yesterday when i was cod fishing. Thinking about trying for them at castle island. Is there a shot at any bass. am i wasting my time? gonna be really nice out saturday, i gotta get out somewhere

i hear the bite in general is pretty slow. deeper water is still producing a little action

my 1st wife didn't like me fishing so much

we have been getting a few infront of deer island. Drifting has been much better them anchoring
