Baby Room
I got my wife to agree to paint our baby's room like an aquarium. Of course I had some say on what type of fish, including a keeper sized bass, a big cod, and a snapper. Hopefully the baby gets the hint about fishing...

She didn't paint it. We did the background together (the easy part) but paid a local artist to put the fish on there. She did a great job. I suggested we put a bass in the bedroom but that was denied. I also mentioned the mermaid suit but that didn't go over so well

How much did you pay the artist to do that work? It's fantastic!

It was about $500 but she was a friend and gave us a deal and we did the background ourselves. All four sides were done including a giant octopus and lots of coral and sea horses.

I painted a similar underwater scene for someones nursery about 5 years ago... I'm a better artist than I am a fisherman
