Back to normal

Watched the Pats last night{damm they look good} took a nap and headed out to a deep beach spot just to see what was going on cause I NEED to fish now. Tide was just about high so I threw the rub of course...no bait around I could see ...SMASH, first cast a 36inch bass that fought real hard. An awesome start to what was a great 2 hours of non stop smashing!!!Caught a dozen fish all good sized keepers and then puff, all gone... the sky was putting on a show for me as well with the meteor showers. Got home around 5 to catch the end of Predator 2.Just an awesome night. This was like old times when you could go to Chatam and catch 20 fish in the right spot in two hours and get home for breakfast. I think this may be a start of something very good for those of us who fish nights and can stay awake to find some awesome fishing as the water starts to cool. Nice to see that things are back to normal...

For all of you who are asking me what is the rub? Simple,a six inch olive tsunami with berkley herring or bunker sprayed all over it. GET the red eyes... they seem to work the best. This bait produces awesome results and works very well in the canal..
