Weekend Plans ??
Whats up for the weekend?
Fish, kids, computer repair. Work.
Watch some Little League World Series games - was watching Ri -v- VT last night - great game.
Try to encourage more of you to go to one of the meetings Monday & Tuesday to stop the insanity.
So what's up for the weekend?

Today...finish building kayak rack out back so we can store the fleet! Begin finishing the custom built medicine cabinet for the bathroom so I can (after a year now) officially call our bathroom remodel complete!!! Work on some plugs, tomorrow night out on Hooligan's boat to drift some eels!! (Thats right I said it.....EELS!) that doesn't mean I won't deploy a few plugs while I am at it! Sunday.....Mom's coming for dinner, work on plugs.....maybe go yakking in the am though? Wife is off Monday so going yakking at sunrise someplace to fish!!
|
Almost time to get our fish on!!!

Finding the spikes...
Bass had spike macs pinned in Glo. Haba yesterday. Beach was littered with em to the point even the birds had their fill.
Mission is to find them and enter them in the exchange program. 1 little fish for 1 bigger fish.

I'm stuck in western MA for a wedding this weekend. I hate being away from the salt. But I can always hit the pond behind my house for some freshies. Here is one from the other night. I'm guessing 5-6ish?

I normally don't like to fish on weekends but am taking out a friend for what will be their first striper trip ever in the am. I'll be content with just getting them on some schoolies. Rocfish maybe we'll cross paths in the river if you are still out there after daybreak. I'll be in a 16' marsh brown painted vhull.
Saturday afternoon I hit the books, go help out at my church's food festival saturday night, sunday back to work and sunday night more homework.
I'm going back to school at night starting next week so this maybe one of my last trips of the season. It's been a great season for me so far.

Brooks and Dunn concert last night. Great show. Was designated driver, always am.. Funeral this morning with Mom and brother. Was for town moderator , who was also the man that got me on skates and picked me up every Saturday at 0620 for the hockey skating skills progam as a kid. We also sailed an Etchells 22 together for several years. Good man.
Rest this afternoon, and out to dinner. Up and out for the early predawn high tide Sunday
