Mackeral in the Habah....

I work in Boston, and work right on the waterfront... Right near James Hook.

I was sitting out back today on one of the benches and saw a ton of splashes start erupting... I walked over to the edge and right there was the a HUGE school of mackeral.... Didnt see anything chasing them, but there were a ton of them. It was pretty cool.

I drive to work at least 2 times a week. I park right on the water.. I always tell myself I should just go over and make a few casts..... I need to start following thru on that thought...

If they were at the surface, something was probably chasing them from BELOW, like a big bass.
