They want people to have to use their real name when using the web, well, that's the ultimate goal. So, you post a comment on a news article and instead of some username you came up with, it says your real name.
It's a load of bs and will never be able to pass.

mildot requires a security card and reader to access their internal sites which identifies the person (along with the site requiring a security certificate to validate its a good location).

An SSL certificate allows for encrypted communication between both points.
It is also used to verify that a website is who it says it is.

Even with proxies (unless you run out of the country), you're traceable - it just makes it more difficult. |
