Question Random thoughts..it's winter again

I don't remember water bans when I was younger and was wondering if the rise in population has been the cause; not because more people are using the water. I was thinking along the lines of how much of the human body is water (???) and maybe that is where the water has gone.

The other thing I was thinking about is how the sea level is rising and was wondering how much of the rise could be associated with what we dump into the Oceans as compared to global warming and the glaciers melting.

If we manage to convert to Hydrogen fuel sources because they emit water as exhaust could we someday have to much water?
