Chase them both. Suits don't have OSHA requirements and heavy machinery.
Wasn't there a Wall St guy decades back that once said he didn't want his people drinking at lunch but if they did not to drink Vodka because he would rather his clients think they were drinking than plain dumb... But I digress....
