Quincy Herring Run
I just saw that town brook in Quincy has herring in it. People familiar with Quincy, does town brook empty into Black's Creek?
I've seen some of the newer citizens of quincy illegally dip netting further down in Black's Creek.
I'm wondering if they're dip netting for herring.
If so, EPs gonna get a call. I'm going to make sure that I'm down there once a day.
