Drones
Has anyone looked to the sky and have seen small drones lately?
While coming home yesterday on a stretch of highway just before entering our small city I did see a dron going from north to south...took me by surprise....it may have been 3 feet long....at first from a distance I thought it was a bird of pray and as it came closer saw that it was a small looking plane....and it could not have been anyone flying a remote model plane in this area.

Probably alpha version Hunter Seekers for the new SKYNET app the DoD has been testing. Think it's an Obama project.

‘‘We've had occasional interactions where a boat operator sees an opportunity to maybe snap up a cool device,’’ Egan said. ‘‘We've had to deter them on occasion.’’

FAA has significant restrictions on drone/UAVs in regular air space - probably was an RC of some sort.
As for Unmanned surface or undersea in Narr bay - check the charts - that is Navy testing waters between the base and JTown as well as some marked areas offshore
