Cape Leg?
I had a hell of a good time last weekend at the Rhody leg. What are the plans for the Cape Leg?

Talking with John Staurday, I am pretty sure he said it was gonna be 6/21.....with the BBQ at M&D's.....
Unfortunately, I'll be in Hatteras then....am not sure if that's a or a , but hey, it's Hatteras, so I guess it's more of a , even though I'm sorry I'll miss the get together.....

Yes - June 21 (sorry WeeWee) and we'll be meeting at M&D's Bait & Tackle in Wareham for BBQ & Fishing... Same usual rules, same usual suspects ...
Also on tap for this leg will be the raffle for 1 of the two sets of plugs from the S-B Plug Swap (I was convinced I should keep & fish the other ). Proceeds to go to the site! You do NOT need to be at the BBQ to participate - I'll have the details up soon...
Remember the bar is set - leading 4 Leg fish are;
Specialist - 38.5" (need slip)
JohnR (yeh so what) - 37" (note to self - need slip)
Milo - 36" (need slip from you & your witness)

Calendar already had Cutty down for that weekend, so....... guess I'm free to finally make a leg! Only thing that could screw ythat up would be if the boy makes All Star travel team, which is NOT a bad thing, just time consuming, though August.
Pencil me in!

Someone has already made my plans for that day, but might be able to get away in time to make the fishing part of the program.

Not trying to knock MarT's fishing map but I did get him to admit that he never fished any of them ... So no, err, map. On the other hand, say how you want to fish and some may post or PM some recommendations. Keep in mind that the Mass leg covers are far greater area. We butcher the grille in Wareham but the fishing is from Westport to P-Town to Boston and the entire shoreline between. An awful lot of territory to cover...

I will be there!! Just set me up with someone who no's how to fish from shore. I need all the help I can get. And what do you need for shore fishing?? I have a diawa sealine graf. 10 footer, bought brand new 4 years ago and never used!! And a penn 650 spiner. What line should I spool on there??
I want to go and have a good time but I have not done this shore thing in alot of years!! I am way out of my elament here.
