Big Blues

Went out last night 0300 nasty fog.. 1 small bass and a big blue circle hook right in the corner of the mouth and the shocker not a mark on the eel or a nick in the mono leader ..
and some surface action, bass chasing what looked like butterfish??
clear out of the water .. and Ideas
also snapped a tiger lite jigging 9Rated 50-100lbs rod 3 eyes from the tip on a 5 pound blue

Nice Blue! Big blues are so much fun.

Gotta love fishing in the fog. I fished Tuesday am from 0130-0600, it was raining and the fog was sitting on the top of the waves. As the tide dropped I walked further out on the sandbar and was swallowed by the fog and rain. I was feeling a little funky, waiting for a sea monster to appear. It was so peaceful. No fish, but fun all the same.
