Will the "real" snell Knot please stand up

I just find it interesting (possibly a little frustrating) that two different outfits claim to be tying the "correct" snell knot but after a little review It has become inherently apparent that there are people out there that are tying the same knot differently. I realize that you can ties the same knot using different techniques but the end results are the same. How can two claim to be tying the correct Snell knot.

Take a look at both of these video clips and you can easily see that they are not tied the same, they are not the same knot. The funny thing of the matter is that both of these sites claim to be experts.

Animated knots by Grog is one

Zing products (claims to be a big company) is the other

On one the line is wrapped around the eye of the hook twice while the other only once. They are not the same knot. I would like to think that there is only one correct way to "snell" a hook but maybe I'm wrong.

if you cut and paste the URL you can go right to each site.

and the second spin on that knot...

While I'm on the topic of knots.... doesn't anyone know if the knot called the Double Grinner is the same as the Uni to Uni.

I hear that it is but watching the video's of each it doesn't appear that they are.
