Nah, they'll just move their construction over to where you were to "preserve" the spot for later use.

They're going to take their time tomorrow, thats for sure lol. Probably stuff a few rods in the truck. Ill be at work acting as a glorified cup holder/ pack mule thinking about it

I've done that a few times, not for three hours, but landed some decent fish in front of construction guys on the kayak. I did feel a little bad for them!
