Thumbs up Got Wood?

I wanted to put this link back up for the newer people to see...

Back in December, Slip graciously provided his shop so a bunch of us could meet up and have a ball learning to make plugs, just seeing others work, or in Fishpart's case, turning mature trees into fish catching aparati ... We also head jig making and fly tieing from Saltheart and GS poured some near mystical plastics (everyone was geting mystical (high) from the fumes

We have to do another one of these

And Fishpart will be a required attendee again he knows how to spin some wood.

Ed, I hope to pick up some of that Celtex500 tommorow and maybe glue up some blanks with PVC cement right?

PVC Cement worked for me. I grooved the blocks and lined them up with a piece of wire in the groove. Glued them up and clamped them overnignt I think and presto........

Love to have another, just don't think I'll be able to bring the lathe. The van is pretty busy these days.
