John:

Well, in a manner of speaking, I was.

I didn't know it was today. I actually drove from Wakefield, RI to M&Ds, only to find it closed with a sign that said they were at PlugFest in Middleboro. So, I drove to Middleboro with no idea where it was located in town. I asked some people who looked fishy, but they didn't know where it was or what I was talking about.

So, I drove back to RI.

But it got my blood pumping, so I posted some pictures of some of my new off-center turned herring and menhaden and "in-the-wood" scale patterns.

I really am sorry I missed it.

How have you been?

Bob

Nebe:

You're not, by chance, the gentleman who told the people, Bobby I think, at Wildwood that you'd like to try casting with that big surf rod at the store, are you?
