Block Island yet???

I went ahead and booked Gary C. for a charter out to the Block for wednesday 5/28- it was booked a few weeks ago, expecting a "normal" warmup and fish would certainly be there by then. hhhmmmm it's been kinda chilly (dam cold this morning if fact), and I wonder if we may be a little early. ya see, we're trying to tease bigger fish with live herring, then switch 'em over to big FLYS... Gary did this pretty successfully in a show with Stu Apte (never saw it myself actually) a year or 2 ago, and we're hoping for a repeat.
anyway- has anyone heard of ANYTHING goin on out there yet? we can certainly re-schedule if needed- so yer not hurting either one of us (me or Gary) if ya think it aint happenin just yet...
thanks! I appreciate any help- Bob

The rule of thumb is that the stripers arrive in Block Island waters when the shadbushes bloom – and they’ve bloomed.
The fish will defiantly be there at the end of May.... so will I.
I’m going the Tues & Wed after Memorial Day.

Thumbs up

Gary Corsetti is DA BOMB!

He's the only charter captain I know who can say "Rip 'is freekin' lips off" twenty different ways.
