Ball Bearing????????????

Does anyone know the size or demention of ball bearing for Ambassadeur 6500 spool?
I am in need of few. I bought one for $12.60 before tax at Red top last Sunday. I almost had a heart attack but I had to buy at least one that day.

FOrget the size, but McMaster has ABEC 5's for about 1/2 that price. I think 4x10x4 mm but not sure.

Remember, you have to figure out first what you want, in order of increasing rollability and expense:

1) Stock factory bearings
2) Abec 7 Stainless
3) Ceramic

Remember, for optimum casting performance your bearings should be cleaned with an organic solvent...and then properly lubed before you install them.

Unless they are ceramic then you just want them cleaned - not lubed
