Ideally AYC (or any lumber) coming from the west coast should be acclimated for up to 14 days in a stable, normal, indoor enviroment. It should come out of the Kiln with a 6-8% moisture content and will increase this to 8-14% depending on the time of the year it is introduced to the new enviroment (NE U.S.).

This is now the dry time of the year so acclimation will be slow or none registering. Considering what the wood is being used for it probably doesn't matter that much at all. If it was for a finished, fastened application you would definetly want to get the moisture content up because it will most likely swell come Spring/Summer and start to cause the associated issues or problems.
