I'll take it any day over the Commie Lib Globe.

The aforementioned scurrilous rag, is of course, owned by the New York Times.

the Record was before my time, but every time I picked up a herald around my father he'd scream "Record here, get your daily record here"

Record American

When our grandfather lived with us in the 60's, ya the 60"s, every night after dinner he and I would ride over to Main Street, in Brockton, and buy the paper off a guy standing in the "middle of the road", (that wouldn't happen today), yelling get your Record here!

My Grandfather was a reporter and photographer for the old Record American. Different paper in those days as everything was different....used to read old copies he had saved in the early sixties.
