I'II be keeping an eye on this one. As of now doesn't seem like a lot of wind with this system. But man they were calling for a warm monday, tuesday--now look at what we got--same old same old. Cold.

I'm so tired of this cold, I'm thinking Florida right after the storm goes bye-bye. I'm loosing my mind, my one striper today isn't going to get me by, withdrawal is killing me.

Anybody heard any predictions for accumulations along the coast yet?

"There is no royal road to this heavy surf-fishing. With all the appliances for comfort experience can suggest, there is a certain amount of hard work to be done and exposure to be bourne as a part of the price of success." From "Striped Bass," Scribner's Magazine, 1881.

It does not matter how much we are going to get..sick of it already..can't stand "winter"s anymore. I wish I could move back to were I was born.. North Carolina ! Never did see any of it , I was only a new-born. My father in the USMC,moved back up here when he finished duty(damn it!).. It's warmer there than here!

Second thought.. they are going to get just as bad as we are..or already did. What I meant was that..winters down there are not as bad as we get them up here. Did somebody say that the stripers were hitting pretty good last week?
