The Pats will win...

Someone has to say it and it may as well be me....

The New England Patriots are going to destroy the Carolina Panthers this Sunday. I have been watching all of the stations, ESPN, Fox SportsNet, NESN... and all of them are giving the Panthers WAY too much of a chance.

Here are my reasons....

1.) The Patriots are 8 & 0 against playoff teams, Panthers, 6 & 4.

2.) The Pats have been excellent at shutting down big name running backs all season long, Ricky Williams, Edgering James, Eddie George, to name a few. Belichick has two weeks to figure out how to stop the Carolina running game and make Dellhomme look like a deer in the headlights. Enough said there.

3.) Finally, the Patriots on offense have done whatever it takes on offense all year long to post a "W" when the clock runs out.

4.) VIDEO GAMES ARE JUST GAMES!

Pats win 24-10.

I agree, PAT'S will win. The Pat's always do what they have to do to win and with 2 weeks to prepare, don't be supprised to see a blowout.

Kevin Mannix a Herald sports writer said the Pats will do a role reversal with the '86 Bears and win 46 - 10.

I am sick of hearing about the Panthers and how great they are!

They got a gift from the Rams when Martz wussed out and "played for overtime" (good thing we didn't do that two years ago, hu?)

And the Eagles are one of the most overrated team in the NFL. I only wish we were playing Phillie, it would be a bloodbath.

Can't wait for Sunday.
